My husband often raves about my food. Sometimes, we are able to package extra's up and send them to his coworkers for lunch. This particular lunch, his coworker RAVED over. Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. So how could I not name it after him? It's like great pasta, in a creamy, soupy form. Comfort food, cold weather food, coworker approved food.
