Hello!

I’m Michelle. Die hard french fry fan here. So much of a Disneyland enthusiast that I got married there! Mom to my own personal “Brady bunch”. Completely in love with God. Yup, I said it, I am. I write stuff. Photograph stuff. And my Lord, do I love food. As my husband says, I can’t ever make something simple, I enjoy it so much that I’m always trying to take it to the next level. I love my family, and one of the ways I show that is through the meals that I make them. A filter doesn’t exist here. I tell it like it is, probably to a fault.

You know that scene from The wedding singer? Where the little old lady is paying Adam Sandler in meatballs for singing lessons and makes him take a bite to see if he enjoys it, waiting excitedly for that moment? Yeah, that’s me. I can’t wait to share with you what I’m cooking, what I’m writing, what I’m thinking, all of it.
