Ingredients

  • 6 Apples Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pie spice
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 2 cans Refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • Flour For dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice 6 apples.

  2. To the apples, add brown sugar, pie spice and corn starch. Stir to mix.

  3. Spray a pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

  4. On a floured dusted cutting board, using a rolling pin, roll out each cinnamon roll, one at a time. Until they reach about 6 inches in diameter. Ballpark it, it's not too big a deal. As you roll each roll, place in pie pan, edges first, then fill up the bottom.

  5. Once bottom layer is done, pour apple mixture over rolls.

  6. Next, roll out second can of rolls just like the first roll, except put first roll in the center, then build your circle around edges. Until covered.

  7. Place pie in a 350 preheated oven, on a lower rack. This ensures bottom is cooked and top doesn't brown to quickly. Cook 45-60 minutes.

  8. Let cool.  Top with homemade caramel sauce and extra when serving.
