Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Turkey Lettuce Wraps
I know what you're thinking. Turkey? Lettuce? But trust me, healthy and amazing! This coming from the girl who loves her carbs! A family favorite, kid approved. Served with a side of brown rice (you can find the recipe on the blog), you too will be adding turkey lettuce wraps to your meal rotation. A little sweet, a touch spicy and a crisp, crunch from water chestnuts, these asian inspired tacos don't disappoint in the flavor department. You won't even notice you're missing the shell. FYI: This recipe feeds a small army. See notes for a smaller portion.
