Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding
Favorite dessert of ALL TIME.. banana pudding. Best served warm, it's ooey, gooey banana goodness.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 6 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 4 Cups Milk 2%
- 4 Egg yolks Beaten
- 5 Tsp Vanilla
- 1-2 Boxes Nilla wafers
- 5-6 Bananas Sliced
Instructions

In a medium to large sauce pan, add sugar, cornstarch and salt.

Add in milk, and whisk until smooth.

Add egg yolks and mix.

On a medium heat, bring mixture to a boil, SLOWLY. Boil a few minutes, until thickened.

Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.

Using a serving bowl (clear if you'd like to see the layers), add a layer of Nilla wafers. Next, a layer of pudding. Next, a layer of the sliced bananas. Repeat until pudding mixture is used up. Top with an added layer of banana slices and crushed Nilla wafers.

Serve warm!
Or allow to chill and serve. It's honestly good any which way.
