Savory Mayo

I love mayo. Like a lot. Mayo with fresh herbs and spices, yes please.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 3 tbsp chives Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dill Finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice Fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic.

  2. Chop chives.

  3. Chop dill.

  4. In a bowl, large enough to hold a cup's worth of ingredients, add all ingredients and stir to combine. Spoon into the container of your liking, I prefer a mason jar.


  5. Refrigerate 4 hours. Good for 1 week.
