Homemade Mayo
I love mayo. Seriously. When I order a sandwich, EXTRA MAYO. I always thought it was hard to make. Turns out, it takes literally a few minutes to make. So why wouldn't you?! A few ingredients and a hand held immersion blender and you have fresh mayo. YUM.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
Instructions

In a mason jar, combine all ingredients. Place immersion blender directly on top of egg, and blend well. Begin moving blender up until oil disappears.
Chill.
Keep for 4 days.
