My husband often raves about my food. Sometimes, we are able to package extra's up and send them to his coworkers for lunch. This particular lunch, his coworker RAVED over. Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. So how could I not name it after him? It's like great pasta, in a creamy, soupy form. Comfort food, cold weather food, coworker approved food. Thank you Morgan, for loving my recipes and giving this soup a name!
Dice onion, set aside.
In large sauté pan, add ground turkey, onion, salt, pepper, oregano. Chop until small pieces and cooked thoroughly.
In a large soup pot, add turkey mixture, diced tomatoes, chicken stock, bolognese sauce, chili flakes and garlic puree. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add cream cheese and whisk until completely dissolved.
On a medium heat, add pasta. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes, or unit cooked al dente.
Serve inot bowls and garnish with remainder basil.
